What kind of world it is
You pick a village and a rank — from academy student to Kage — and then live by its schedule: missions, training, exams, a squad and a teacher with business of their own. The rank of a mission decides what it pays and who gets sent if you do not come back.
The world moves without you: villages bargain, borders shift, and those nothing can stop eventually step onto your road. A fight here is short and decides who is left standing — this is adventure with drama in it, not a tournament.
How it plays
Eight attributes, and the eighth is Chakra Control: it decides what a technique costs you. The twenty-six skills are named the way the world names them — taijutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu, fuinjutsu, kugutsu, medical ninjutsu, summoning.
Chakra is a resource, and it runs out. So do ryo, kunai and shuriken, and explosive tags: on a long mission what decides the fight is not the technique but how much you brought.
